Oh man, the ATF’s ban on pistol braces is a real bummer! I mean, it’s not like we didn’t see it coming - but still. It’s a real shame that these handy little devices are now off-limits. I guess the writing was on the wall when they started cracking down on folks who were using them to skirt around gun laws. But hey, at least we had ’em while they lasted!

Wow, it looks like ATF is really trying to pull a fast one here! They’ve crafted their Factoring Criteria for Rifled Barrel Weapons with Accessories Commonly Referred to as “Stabilizing Braces” so that it’ll ban every pistol-braced firearm out there. It’s pretty sneaky of them, considering the rule was just released in June 2021.
The ATF recently banned pistol braces, which are attachments that allow a handgun to be fired more like a rifle. This means that anyone who owns one of these braces must get rid of it ASAP. It’s a bummer, but it’s the law!
