Wow, with the Sim on Realistic Mode, Young Adults have a 91% chance of getting pregnant, Adults 85%, and Elders 75%. But if you switch it to Boosted Mode - which is the default - then Young Adults have a 96% chance, Adults 90%, and Elders 80%. And if you really want to up your odds, Extreme Mode sets everyone at 100%.
